New Features:
We’re excited to announce two new developments designed to give administrators more control and flexibility in managing their platforms.
1. User Import Notification:
Current System Logic: Previously, when an admin imported a user list for user creation, they received an email notification once the users were successfully imported into Learn-Wise Go (LWG). After a successful import, an email notification will still be sent, including a spreadsheet attachment that provides details on:
Which users were successfully imported
Which imports failed and the reason for failure
New Logic: Now, we’ve enhanced the experience by introducing a bell icon in the header, providing real-time import status updates directly within the platform.
Key Features
Real-Time In-App Notifications – Admins receive instant updates about import progress via the new notification panel.
Dedicated Notification Panel – Access import notifications easily from the new bell icon next to the message icon.
Auto-Refresh Functionality – Notifications update when the panel is opened or manually refreshed.
Dismissible Alerts – Users can remove notifications by clicking the “X” button.
Email + In-App Notifications – The existing email alerts remain, ensuring admins receive updates through multiple channels.
2. Automated Lesson Plan Reassignment
Current System Logic: Administrators have the flexibility to schedule Lesson Plans by setting a start date and an end date, determining when a lesson becomes accessible and when it must be completed. However, once an LP reaches its end date, it requires manual reassignment by the admin.
New Logic: Instead of manually reassigning lessons, this feature enables automatic reassignment based on predefined intervals when creating Lesson plans. By integrating automated lesson reassignment, organizations can enhance training effectiveness while reducing administrative workload. This ensures learners stay up to date with critical content effortlessly.
Only applies to new Lesson Plans. Existing LPs won’t have reassignment capabilities.
Quick Trainings are not supported. This feature is for lesson plans only.
LPs with fixed expiration dates cannot be reassigned. Once expired, they can no longer be assigned.
