Current System Logic
As per the current assignment logic, when a Lesson Plan is assigned to a user from multiple groups or on multiple occasions, the most recent assignment date is considered. This applies to all assignments—whether at the group level, or individual user level.
What’s New?
When users receive lesson plan assignments from multiple groups or at different times, the original assignment date will now be maintained across all types of lesson plans. This updated logic applies consistently to group-level, and individual user lesson plan assignments, ensuring a uniform experience across various assignment types.
When users are assigned to a group or application and later becomes inactive, their original assignment date will now remain intact, even upon reactivation. Importantly, the due date will continue to be calculated from the initial assignment date. This ensures a seamless and consistent experience for users returning to the platform after a period of inactivity.
